Learning and Development
As the coordinator of a University-wide PhD Program and a lecturer in biology, I have developed the learning environment
for adults over many years. I design lectures and workshops in sustainable development and digital innovation that are
engaging and with up-to-date teaching materials fitting into an overall curriculum and corporate identity. I engage third-party
experts from an existing network and have lecture experience from small groups to larger audiences, in on-site, virtual, or hybrid
setups. I think analytically and communicate in a manner appropriate to an international audience and at all organizational levels.
