Supply Chain Traceability

Standards and Certifications
I ensure compliance with audits that require supply chain traceability for quality, product recall and sustainability claims. In the past I was involved in paper-based traceability (transaction certificates), and various digital and forensic traceability solutions that are offered in the market.

Good Governance and Corporate Responsibility
I review and train corporate policies (Supplier Code of Conduct) and develop frameworks for a lean non-financial reporting in line with corporate identity and legal requirements linked to sustainability risks of product and services. I was involved in developing Chain of Custody solutions for industry-wide sustainability initiatives and its training to internal staff.

Partnership Programs
I develop partnership programs across international supply chains that strengthen the traceability of products and services. Over the years I have successfully acquired funding schemes to support private partners in financing sustainability and traceability initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement
I independently accompany grievance and whistleblowing mechanisms and handle communication about sensitive topics with your supply chain whilst respecting interests of relevant stakeholders. I understand the language of academia, the private sector and civil society organizations and work towards a mutual understanding.
