My professional approach began in the tropical rainforests of Malaysian Borneo.

It was shaped during three years of ecological field research in one of the world's most complex natural systems.

Working in the rainforest taught me to observe before intervening, to understand relationships before drawing conclusions, and to remain curious when simple answers were not yet available.

That scientific way of thinking has guided me ever since.

Over the past 15 years, I have applied the same discipline across international organizations, global value chains and commercial businesses—helping organizations develop the understanding required before committing significant resources to strategically important initiatives.

Today, through SanerWorks, I support organizations in strengthening the strategic positioning of products, services and value chains through commercial development, sustainability and digital innovation.

Analysis: How do we assess your current state?

In the analysis phase, we examine your digital ecosystem, supply chain, and sustainability-related processes to understand strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.

Identification: How are your risks and opportunities determined?

In this step, we identify contingency risks, opportunities to avoid risks, and cost-benefit considerations related to product sustainability and traceability, presenting actionable options to decision-makers.

Implementation: How is the plan executed?

During implementation, we support your organization in planning and executing defined projects, taking interim responsibility for key roles when needed, and assisting in recruitment and onboarding until final handover.
